My Fitbit syncs but then doesn’t record any data or change time. Deleted and re installed a couple if times nothing helps. Any ideas most welcome.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not recording your data and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Do you see any data on the tracker itself (steps, distance, heart rate)? I suggest you restart your tracker by following these instructions.

Hi thanks for your help. Restarted my Fitbit - charge 2 - got the logo and it vibrated I get headings up ie bpm, steps and stair logos but no numbers to each. Also when I press the button the logos move very slowly to the right. I get no change when I double tap the screen. Anymore help you can give would be wonderful as my daughter gave the watch to me as a pressie. Many thanks.

Hi, I had a similar problem and I had to delete my Charge2 from my Bluetooth profile on my device (cell phone) and repair Charge2 to my device (cell phone). I had to do it more than 1 time. You may have to do it several times before it resets properly. My issue was the calls that were coming in were not the same as on my phone and it was to the point where I couldn't trust what the watch was saying.
