Charge 2 not responding

I+My Charge 2 will not respond to anything. I have tried to reset it by attaching to the charger and holding the button for 4 seconds. It vibrates and shows the fitbit logo, but still does not come on. It is synching to the app, but not registering any steps

Charge 2—press and hold the button on your tracker for 4 seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted. Charge 3 & Charge 4—press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button.

I have done this multiple times and the Charge is still not responding. I have also unpaired it in the app and repaired it, but it is still not responding. The app shows that it is fully charged and that it is synching, but still not responding. Any other suggestions?
