My charge 2 was on charge when I picked it up later it would not sync and charge. Screen says "www.fitbit.com/setup". what can i do? Tried restarting, no help.

Let me help you with your unresponsive Charge 2 and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. How can you tell if your tracker isn't charging if it is showing the website on the display? Or has it gone out after seeing this message? Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. You can follow these instructions to help your device charge. If it charges then try setting it up again on your account.

Problem resolved. Called fitbit number and was connected to helper. Problem #1 was computer was interrupting signal to watch from i phone, so shut nearby computer down and got connected to fitbit watch. #2 needed to setup new account as old account was corrupted. #3Then had to download update while computer was still down. All is good now.

I have done this and it doesn't seem to help.
