Charge 2 not syncing - displays wrong time and date

Hello ,

does anyone know how to get my Fitbit to display correct date and time . It won’t sync properly . My app online says it has synced but it still  displays,the wrong time and date . I have tried restarting my android phone , redownloading the app, and also restarting my Fitbit completely. I even tried setting my Fitbit to another time zone but it doesn’t change at all. I did notice on my phone app it  doesn’t seem like it can find the Fitbit . Any tips ?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not showing the correct time. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
