Thank you but my problem is that Fitbit did an upgrade which does not work with Android 9 pie. Please let me know when Fitbit have resolved this issue so I can use my Fitbit again.

@Tiggerc1 thank you for your update. The Charge 2 firmware isn't dependent on your phone's OS so it should work regardless of this. If your mean that your tracker isn't syncing with your phone then this is an issue that is being investigated by the team. You can check this thread for updates regarding this specific issue.
I also moved your post to its own thread as it wasn't related to the issue being discussed there.

Why was I told this by the Fitbit team then ? Was told Android 9 pie was causing problems with sync.

Problem resolved by switching off other communications types ( Huawei Beam and share in my case)
