i just hooked up my Fitbit 2 and it is working fine but doesn't seem to be sinking. It is just searching for both my iPad and iphone

@Lizabet It may be trying to connect to both devices - which one did you initially set it up on? (Any issues there?) Try turning blue tooth off on one of the devices, and then try again to sync.

I have a problem similar I had my fitbit sinned to my phone was working well for twork days then it seem last night I stopped being able to sink/update on my phone. I've tried turning the phone off and also the Bluetooth but it still won't work.. help pls

How about @shellybee going into your phones Bluetooth settings and telling it to forget the tracker.
Or doing a restart of the tracker.

Im also having issues did you manage to sort it if so could i ask how? As mines not syncing at all.
