Hello, I just bought Fitbit Charge 2 and found a very serious problem. I use to set the time 10 minutes behind the actual time in order to avoid late. This is very important habbit for me. But the device not me to do so, how to solve this?

@HungSo @pixiebb It's nice to have you on board! You just need to go to your Profile settings area and where it says Time Zone select the one that is appropriate and then sync your tracker. On a mobile device you just need to tap the account button (lower right corner) and select Advance settings to set your timezone. I do want to clarify that you won't be able to move the time 10 minutes earlier but if you want you can set a silent alarm (tap your tracker's icon in the app and look for the silent alarm option or go to the tracker's settings page on the website) remember to sync to update the alarms on your tracker.
Let me know how it goes!

@665121 Thanks for joining us! You can follow the steps described on my previous post to change your timezone to India.
Keep me posted!
