My charge 2 stopped communicating with my iPhone by Bluetooth I have rebooted phone & it recognises other items by Bluetooth but can’t find my Fitbit. It has been working fine for 2 years. Any ideas please?

Best AnswerI have the same issue but with my Android. Would not sync for the past few days. Turned off Bluetooth then back on. Unpaired and repaired. Now I removed it from the app and cannot reconnect it. It cant find the Fitbit. I don't have any other device, no apps or anything messing up. Nothing.
