My Charge 2 is not syncing with my new iPhone 8 Plus. I have switched off Bluetooth on my phone and rebooted it. I have deleted charge 2 from the Fitbit app on the phone and reinstalled it 3 times....it syncs for a day only. I cannot delete the app from my old phone as it was stolen. Please help.

@4M It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that you can't sync your tracker with your iPhone. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. You can find additional instructions here.
