Charge 2 not syncing with iPhone

Good afternoon. 

 

I’ve been struggling for the past 9 months to get my Fitbit charge 2 to pair with my iPhone. One day I noticed the time was incorrect and from then it’s actually just stopped pairing with my iPhone all together. Iv been through all the steps of resetting the fit bit, uninstalling the app etc. Is there any other steps to take or should I just accept it’s a fault with the Bluetooth emitter?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing with your iPhone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
