Charge 2 not syncing with iPhone

My charge 2 stopped communicating with my iPhone by Bluetooth I have rebooted phone & it recognises other items by Bluetooth but can’t find my Fitbit. It has been working fine for 2 years. Any ideas please?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.

I have the same issue but with my Android. Would not sync for the past few days. Turned off Bluetooth then back on. Unpaired and repaired. Now I removed it from the app and cannot reconnect it. It cant find the Fitbit. I don't have any other device, no apps or anything messing up. Nothing.
