Same problem for me. After following all the reset instructions and re-installing the App on the phone I unpaired the charge 2. Now I'm unable to pair it using the phone settings or the newly installed App as they say they cannot find the device. What I don't understand is, before I unpaired it, it picked my walk this morning but nothing else!
I'm also havoing problems. My device is synced to my phone but when the app tries to do it (even though it's already linked) it says there was a problem.. I'm forever uninstalling and switching phone off and reinstalling
etc. Getting cross now!!
I did a 10 mile walk yesterday but my dashboard says i only did 234 steps, been having trouble for several weeks, tried everything but Fitbit is now the worst tracker on the market, if there was another tracker that synced on line and worked well i would buy one tomorrow and throw my fitbit where it belongs-----in the bin, absolute rubish and getting fitbit to do anything to help is impossible they are only interested in taking your money after that you areon your own.
Best AnswerMine suddenly "paired" itself to my phone (I'd been searching google for an alternative to a Fitbit but I'm guessing its just a coincidence) and now appears to be working again. However this also seems to tie in with the auto recognition being added to the App. Now I have the problem that it is recording my walks as runs even though my auto recognition is set to ignore on run. I know theres someway of changing the setting but I've yet to rediscover it.
Best AnswerSadly not synced since Tuesday evening. Got a new tracker - NOT Fitbit!! Saddest thing is my Charge 2 was a 65 birthday present from my son and daughter so has great sentimental value.
