Charge 2 not syncing

Not syncing no picking up device, always have to turn Bluetooth on and off to get sync, be moving to another brand soon

Let me help you with your Charge 2 that isn't syncing. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Huwaui p20 was fine before recent updates, I just went for run and usedf map on the app worked perfectly, the Fitbit was just trying to connect was half a k slower

Still not syncing last sync two days ago updated new firmware 22.58, very bad lately thinking of getting a Garmin to be honest
