Charge 2 not syncing

My Charge 2 indicates that its battery is low. It is full. Charge 2 hasn't recorded sleep patterns for 2 days. It won't sync with my Android phone.

Let me help you with your missing sleep data and battery status. It sounds as if your tracker isn't syncing at all. Once it syncs these two should be updated on your account. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
