My Charge 2 indicates that its battery is low. It is full. Charge 2 hasn't recorded sleep patterns for 2 days. It won't sync with my Android phone.

Let me help you with your missing sleep data and battery status. It sounds as if your tracker isn't syncing at all. Once it syncs these two should be updated on your account. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try the following:
