I have had the fitbit Charge 2 for almost 2 years.
A few months ago I was unable to sync it, it would sometimes I would try several times a day and it would not sync.
Eventually in a day or two it would sync.
Now I have not been able to sync it for a week.
Fitbit told me that I could try to restart the fitbit which I did a few weeks ago, but I lost a weeks worth of steps.
I have no idea why this is happening.
I bought a Versa but I am unable to use it because I need to upgrade my phone, which at the moment I am not able to do.
I spent good money on the Charge 2 and it is a shame that I am rarely able to sync it to my computer.

I have the same problem. Fitbit know there is a problem but I’ve now been waiting 4-5 weeks. I have a laptop that the Bluetooth on there picks up the charge 2 and I’m able to sync that way.
