Charge 2 not syncing

Device not syncing not found tried uninstalling

The First thing you do not want to do with a non syncing device is to remove it from your account. 

I'm not sure what you uninstalled, nor what phone you have.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
