Charge 2 not syncing

Have Fitbit Charge HR 2

Have been in the VA Hospital since November. Cannot sync or update fit bit after charging. Still says June 10, 2019.

 

how do I reset it it. Won’t let me pick my fit bit to sync

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing. Make sure that your tracker is setup on your account. After this try the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Mine is having the same issue except mine suddenly stopped syncing out of nowhere. I've rebooted my watch and my phone and it still won't sync.
