My IP address is banned on my home wifi. I have a screen shot that I want to submit. I don’t understand why this had happened. Please help!

@FBFan99 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with your IP address showing as banned. Does it shows an error message on your app? For the screenshot you can try using a web browser like Firefox or Chrome on your computer and once you are typing your post you will see a camera icon that you can click to add the picture to said post. I just want to add that you could allow 48 hours to see if the issue persists with your IP address.

I’m also not able to access Fitbit.com on my home computer. I can access my app on cellular and public wifi. This has been going on for a few days.
