Since the last 2 days, my Charge2 is not powering on. I charged it full for the entire night and did whatever trouble shooting tips mentioned on the website. It did start briefly for about 2 minutes and then conked off...how to solve the problem

@TUHIN, welcome! It's good that the community is growing!
Let me help you with your Charge 2 not turning on and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can also find additional suggestions here.
Let me know how it goes.

I followed whatever you mentioned but no result...
I had charged my fitbit charge 2 device with charger for 3 hours continuously.

They're going to tell you to contact customer support who will thank you for doing the troubleshooting before calling them and then if you're out of warranty, which is likely because Fitbit's warranty is only one year, then they will send you a 25% discount code towards a new product and won't offer to repair your current device. I would recommend not replacing with a Fitbit as you will likely end up having the same issue again in 1-2 years when you're out of warranty again.
