Hi,
A few weeks ago my screen just cracked in two pieces and i received a new one from fitbit support. But this week, i tried to setup my new received Charge 2.
I choose add device, the app asks if i want to replace a existing device, i choose to continue. Then my phone searches and finds the new device, give in the pairing code... All fine until... The firmware update starts i always get a white dot with an exclamation mark in it. I waited waited... Nothing, always an error. I tried to do the firmware update on 3 devices, my phone, my tablet and my girlfriends phone (and yes they are fitbit supportedl. No results...
I spend several hours on this problem with no results...
Turning on and off tablet
Turning on and off phones
Delete and reinstal fitbit app
Completely charge all devices
Turn on and off bluetooth
Restart fitbit
Use wifi
Use 4G
....
At the end i just setup my Charge 2 with the broken screen again...
The replacement fitbit is currently useless because it needs the firmware update to start tracking. They current firmware is 22.20.17
I am desperate...
