Charge 2 not working

Apparently I'm not the only cat that had a problem.  16 months and it dies.  Same stories, call customer service, very nice to talk to.  Yup, I'm sorry it looks like your fitbit has stopped working.  Uh, yeah, that's why I called.  Unfortunately it is out of the warranty period but I can offer you a 25% discount.  Uhm, thanks, but can you tell me the expected life expectancy of your product?  I guess it is 16-18 months and after looking at this forum I feel pretty confident in that range.

Loved my Fitbit but this is totally unacceptable from a customer expectation level.  I'm thinking this new fit bit company has, perhaps, new ownership and is no longer concerned with happy customers.

@Aaron_W_goss Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

I will assist you with this. As you mentioned your device is covered by Fitbit's warranty and Support follow these guidelines. If your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. Still thank you for sharing your feedback.

I'll be around.
