Hi all! How do I import Charge 2 data associated with a prior email address? I stopped using my Charge for about a year  & when I started using it again I couldn't remember which email address I used & set it up with the one i use now. That prior data is sitting in the old account and I'd like to know how I can import my Fitbit data from that old account into my current account for my doctor. Any help/suggestions greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!!!!!

I'm sorry but there is not way to import the data to your new account

But you can still use the account. Move your Fitbit over there and then have the new account deleted

Doesn't sound like you have had it long enough to make a difference

 

Delete or cancel account
