I was just given a charge 2 for Christmas and I got it set up with my fitbit app but I'm not getting any notifications through. I have done 2 full resets on both phone and fitbit, I have removed and resynced the device, checked all settings are correct but it still is not working, any ideas would be appreciated. I am using an android phone.

Best AnswerYour phone is not on the Approved Devices list so may work for some functions and not others.
