My charger 2 is sinking and charging but the device screen is reading notification on notification off notification on notification off. It does this over and over until the battery discharges. I tried resetting the device but after resetting it goes right back to notification on notification off.
Does anyone have a solution other than a new device

With the Charge 2 you can toggle between notifications on and off by pressing and holding the button so it sounds like the button has got stuck. See if you can release it, perhaps by gently cleaning it with an old toothbrush or a can of compressed air.

My Fitbit just started it this morning, until the battery was dead, when I got home I have been looking online looking for a solution but I am not seeing any. I have tried restarting my Fitbit after it was charged, and it started doing it again as soon as I took it off the charger, I also tried turning off all notifications from the app restarted my phone. I have used a little canned air on it, but like the rest I think it mite be dead.
