Charge 2 for days now. Quit logging steps,s but shows fully charged. It only displays the fitbit websitee. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it will not sync on my old or new phone.
I've cleaned the USB charge cord and changed the plug in port but it will not display any data or sync or log my steps.
Is buying a new one my only option???

If it's showing the website it suggests that it's been disconnected from your account somehow. I would try reconnecting it by going through the setup process again
On the main dashboard of the app, go into your profile settings by selecting your profile image at the top left. Then select "set up a device", choose Charge 2 and follow the prompts.

If the screen is now dead and doesn't even show that website message then it's a bigger issue than I at first appreciated. Have you tried restarting the Charge 2 by:
