Fitbit charge 2 with apple iPhone 8+
The past two months my Fitbit charge 2 screen has degraded in terms of brightness. I do not shower and swim with it but the screen is no longer usable as I can’t see anything.
it still is working the background as I can see updated stats on my app
i have tried resetting the fitbit using multiple charging cables(it vibrates and but screen is still very dim )
when pressing the button, I can only see a few dimly lit pixels
please advise...
