My Charge 2 was working perfectly until I charged it this morning. The display is totally jacked up even after several resets. Anyone else having this problem?

@Sherry813 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 screen. I would like to clarify that an app update can't affect the Charge 2 display. Only a hardware or firmware issue could do such a thing. Still thank you for restarting your device. I noticed that you already have a ticket with Support so please keep working with them to find a solution.
