Charge 2 screen unresponsive,not counting steps,tracking sleep.

Hi! Been using my fitbit since Christmas and 2 days ago it stopped responding to taps or when you turn your arm it doesn't light up anymore,also not tracking steps or tracking my sleep.

Iv restarted it several times to no avail also wiped it down.. anyone know how to get it back to normal?

Haven't gotten it wet or dropped it either please help.

I tried the steps they have given me but it hasn't worked,I cleaned the
back as directed also but nothing is working.
The steps still aren't counting but I shook it and it started to tally up
shakes..popped it back on my wrist and walked about but nothing.
