Screen went blank but Fitbit still works. Green lights fash on underside, it charges,alarm still goes off and syncs with phone. Tried restarting by holding side button but nothing on the screen . Anyone know a fix

I have cleaned the connections but still no fix. The green light comes on occasionally on the back.

This seems to be common problem with no fix they want to tell you about. They offer a 25% discount code and link but turns out it's not a discount as same price to buy a new one off there own Fitbit web page,,,

Thanks so much for your message. I am about ready to give up on fitbit. I have two other issues--one is that my Charge 2 will not report on my sleep, and the other that a year ago I lost five minutes on my clock. Since then on two occasions I have lost another five minutes, so now it is fifteen minutes late when it comes up. Thanks again..
