Hello I have been using my charge 2 for a while now and the button on the side stopped working I would most appreciate assistance I have tried most troubleshooting websites and they did not work please help

Gosh @Muttfaceinc I hate to hear your button is not working on your Charge 2. You didn’t mention what troubleshooting tips you tried reading other websites so I apologize if I suggest something you already tried. Usually it occurs because small pieces of dirt/debris gets embedded. Have you considered using a can of compressed air (held about half an arms length away) Also maybe try a small straight pin to work around the edges to get any dirt/debris that might be jamming the button
