Charge 2 sleep charts changed to basic 3 lines

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have upgraded to premium. Now when I select my sleep log and go to the blue and red lines and press the right arrow for more details what shows next is different. I want to see the bar chart showing detail of my sleep pattern. Now all I get is 3 lines - time asleep - deep and REM - restoration !!! WTF is this?  One of FitBits downgrades masquerading as an upgrade like the issue we had with not adding up our sleep hours and showing this silly sleep score? Please tell me no!! How to I get up my sleep analysis chart showing when I woke up in the night etc

@Candyfemme I hope you are doing fine.

Let me help you viewing your sleep stages on your Sleep logs. On the screen you see within the sleep log just tap the Deep and REM tile, this will show a new area with the sleep stages graph.

Let me know how it goes.

@allsweaty I hope you are doing fine.

In your case it seems that your tracker couldn't record Sleep Stages so you got Simplified Sleep data. You may not get Sleep stages for the following reasons:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

Let me know how it goes.
