Kept getting missing sleep periods in sleep results. Finally followed instructions to have watch two fingers above wrist bone and cinched tightly. Works perfectly. I think before I had watch too low on my wrist and not cinched tightly enough and during the night my watch would lift from my wrist and not register heart beats causing watch to think sleep had ended.
