First my charge 2 changed my main screen from steps to calories and I couldn’t change it. Now it stopped syncing all together. I offloaded the app and re-installed it. I did sync it with Noom yesterday. I’m not sure if that has something to do with it but I disconnected it from Noom, turned my Bluetooth off and on and it’s still not syncing. Ideas?

@LauraLyn, welcome! It's great to see you around!
Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing. Linking a third party won't affect your tracker's syncing capabilities. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try the following:

Hi LauraLyn,
TLDR: Try letting Charge 2 battery go completely dead for a day (may need to put it on the dresser for a week if battery is 100%), put it on charge and see if it will sync again and/or repair it if you removed it from app. Hope this helps.
I've had my charge 2 for almost 2 years. It stopped syncing about 10 days ago. I searched all of the forums and followed the advice:
- Reinstall the app.
- Delete it from bluetooth on my iphone.
- Restart procedure while connected to charger.
- Remove this device and re-add it in the app.
- Make sure it wasn't paired to any other devices - it wasn't, only used on iphone.
Nothing worked. I even tried installing the software on a Windows 10 PC and tried to add charge 2 and it was not to be found.
I was getting ready to order an Apple Watch (long story) and decided to try one last thing. Ever since I've had it, I've never let the battery go completely dead. I've always charged it every 5th day or so. The restart procedure on the support forum is equivalent to a "warm" boot on a PC. But letting the battery go completely dead is like a "cold" boot or completely turned off. I let the battery go dead for a day, put it on the charger. After about 5 minutes it paired and has worked/synced well now for about a week.
So, try letting the battery go completely dead for a day, put it on the charger and see if you can pair it again. Good luck!
