Charge 2 stopped working

I’ve had my Fitbit for a year maybe going on 2 and it stopped working and will not charge for some reason I’ve tried cleaning it with alcohol which one of your specialists told me to do but it’s still not working and as have my parents fitbits, both of there’s have also stopped working after a year of use. Surely they can’t just stop working once they’ve reached the age of a year!

@Lilly97 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't charging nor working and thank you for taking the time to clean your tracker's contacts. I would like that you clean the contacts again including using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. You can also clean the charging cable contacts with the cotton. After this restart your device and see how it behaves. You can try this on your parents trackers too.
