Charge 2 stopped working

My charge 2 was working great, I put it on the charger and it just went black and wont work now. I have tried the reset. Nothing is working.

@DanaStand  Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't working anymore and thank you for restarting it. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
