Why does my charge 2 keep stopping when l update excersise, thanks

Let me help you with you Charge 2 not recording your exercises. How are you recording your activities? Which activity option are you using? Could you provide pictures of what you are seeing on your tracker or account? Also share more details about the issue itself. I suggest you restart your tracker by following these instructions.

Hi , It records the excersise in excersises on my app , but cannot seem to map my route on the tracking it only gives you the option for walk, hike or run and not cycling, or  can the ( Charge 2 ) not map route for cycling and can only map it for walk, run, or hike , hope this makes sense , thanks  probs 65
