Hi,
My charge 2 stops tracking my routes when walking/hiking.
I check the watch is connected to the GPS on the app before each outing however each time, It manages to track for a small distance then stops.
I have reset the watch. All updates have been installed and latest app on phone.
Any ideas as its getting extremely frustrating

Let me help you with this and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. This could be a phone settings issue. Make sure that your phone's battery saver feature isn't stopping the Fitbit app from running in the background when you lock your phone and this could affect the GPS recording the way you are describing it.
