Charge 2 sync issue

My fitbit charge 2 will not sync with the app I've had no problems with it up until recently which is very disappointing and frustrating 😑 can anyone help please? I have unistalled the app and re installed to no avail tried to re fresh many times also.

Same here. Mine says "turn on bluetooth"

Still doesn't sync.

I have been using this Charge 2 for years, this is a recent

problem.

Same for me, won't connect to Bluetooth. Very glad I'm no longer a Premium user anymore.....

I know I've had mine for over 2 years too with no problems until recently!
I use my fitness pal also so its very annoying when trying to track work
out etc ..
