I too am having sync problems with charge2    Only tried syncing with iPad 2017

Gotta love fitbit support, go through all the stages, and now I cant even log into my account anymore.....no issues with the app their end, wasn't an issue logging in my end earlier either, now I cant!!! And I still cant sync!

If your having problems syncing, please include the type of phone/computer that is giving you problems.
