I have a charge 2 the screen broke so I got a replacement charge 2. I can't pair my new one . As it keeps picking up my old one . I have deleted it off the app and let the battery run down totally but my new one will not sync/pair with the app . It does say that its found my device and asks to put in code but its not on my new one it must still be picking up my old even tho battery gone. Can anyone help

Let me help you setting up your new Charge 2. Please remove the old Charge 2 by going to the tracker's area (tap your account icon at the top left corner then the tracker's icon and then the trashcan icon). After this clear the bluetooth connection on your phone by doing the following:
