Charge 2 syncing issues

I have been having a problem with my Charge 2 not syncing. The last successful sync was Dec 29, 2018. Its stuck on firmware version 22.22.55.22. Also, my Aria 2 won't sync either. What is really going on with Fitbit? Please help.

The latest firmware for the Charge 2 is 22.55.2 so I'm not sure that you're not on the latest (are you sure yours has 22 at the end?) The changelog for firmware is at https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1372/

Now it's syncing but won't pair with Bluetooth on my iPhone.  It worked previously, now it simply will not pair, ughhhhhhh!  "BLUETOOTH PAIRING FAILED" error message.

@Jbeale @SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear about your syncing issues. 

 

@Jbeale did you try the suggestions @SteveH shared? They have helped @SunsetRunner into syncing their tracker again. You can find additional suggestions including instructions for your Aria 2 here.

 

@SunsetRunner you don't need to pair your Charge 2 to your iPhone. The bluetooth connection is handled by the Fitbit app so as long as it is syncing you shouldn't worry about anything else.
