Charge 2 syncing problems

I was using the Charge 2 with my Samsung Galaxy S9, decided to upgrade and get a Charge 3 last month. I would occasionally get a sync issue but it wouldn't last too long. Well it's been more than 24 hrs since the Charge 3 has synced. So I recharged my Charge 2 to see if it'd sync but it won't sync either. I've tried the updates,  i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app, restarted the Bluetooth, etc. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hey @AutumnSheffield, welcome to the Fitbit forums! So you want to start using your Charge 2 again, with your Samsung Galaxy S9 but it won't sync, right? Besides the tips you tried, and thanks for taking the time to do that, have you tried to restart your Charge 2? If you haven't, please try the following instructions:

1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You'll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker's display. Your Charge 2 will begin charging.
4. Press and hold the button on your tracker for four seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, this means the tracker has restarted.
5. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable

Let me know how it goes!
