My charge 2 time has suddenly changed. I have synced it, turned automatic time off and made sure it's in the correct time zone as well as syncing it after any changes. I have also restarted my phone but nothing seems to change it.
Any ideas on what I can do?
Or is it time for a upgrade?

Let me hep you with your Charge 2 showing the incorrect time and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try restarting your device. After this select a completely different timezone, save and sync then select the correct timezone, save and sync again.

I did say I'd tried everything like that.
I've ended in starting a new account as nothing else will work. Even with my new account the time keeps changing to some unknown country's despite me unticking automatic time. At least with my new account it will change back but means I've lost everything.
