I've had my Charge 2 for about a year and it was working fine up until about a month ago when it just started randomly turning off? I don't notice it (meaning it doesn't vibrate or anything, it just turns off) and it is annoying because sometimes it will be off for a couple of hours and then my steps are inaccurate for the day. Anyone else experiencing this and know how to fix it?

@BPN17 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 is turning off. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
Let me know how it goes!

I’ve cleaned my Fitbit charge 2 did everything that was told to do and it randomly keeps turning off even when fully charged. At least once a week 😑
