My charge 2 froze last night at 911pm app went crazy and I deleted and reinstalled. Is anyone else fitbit messed up from this sever going down last night. They can’t restart my fitbit. Want me to let it die and recharge. Need help here .

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not responding and thank you for trying to restart it. I wan't to clarify that a server issue can't affect the Charge 2. Still I noticed that you already have a ticket with the Support team so keep working with them to find a solution.
