I recently purchased a Charge 2 so that I could sync my Fitbit information with my United Healthcare account and not wear several devices.
Upon setup I had it working, but then it didn't sync for several days. I just tried to get it to work and it is only syncing information from the last couple hours, and nothing from the previous days.
Couple of questions. Is there a reason it quit syncing to UHC? Is there an app I need to use to force it? (this is what I did today, but seem to have lost my info). I can go thru the Fitbit app to UHC, but it seems like I'm only causing it issuse. Also, my data is in my Fitbit account, but not going to UHC. Is it lost? Has anybody used this connectivity?
Thanks for any help.

@GlorifiedJ It's great to have you here! Not sure why this is happening but what you can try is removing the United Health Care account from Fitbit and Fitbit from your UHC account. Once this is done, relink both of them to see if your data is again transferred and updated on your UHC account. If the issue persist please contact UHC support for further assistance.
Let me know how it goes!

I have deleted and reinstalled UHC motion app and the Fitbit app several times and still can’t get the 2 to sync. UHC motion app says my Fitbit isn’t synced. Fitbit app says it is. Nothing seems to work.
