Hi! I am new to this device. I am currently setting up my device and sadly my phone is not compatible with it. I decided to pair my laptop instead. Unfortunately, my charge 2 does not pair with my laptop because it has an exclamation point on screen. I tried restarting but it kept on having the same screen which is an exclamation point. Please help. Thanks

Let me help you with your Charge 2 showing an exclamation mark. It could be that the battery is completely drained. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. After this retry the setup process.

I just charged it but it seems there is really a problem with the device. The ! kept on showing on screen. But I could track my steps using my samsung J8. Isnt it compatible? Help!
