My Charge 2 will not charge or turn on. I have cleaned it and the charger with alcohol. I have tried to do a restart. Nothing has worked. I have checked to make sure the charger is connected correctly. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what did you do to fix it?

mine wouldn't charge either, was on charge for about 5 hours, changed my plug and its now fully charged. the plug charges my phone ok so maybe Fitbit charging lead?

@Allybally @djd100 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't charging and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. As @Allybally mentioned it could be the plug you are using. Charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
