Good morning,
I am the owner of Fitbit Charge 2. I have recently started to expercience issues with data synchronization between the watch and my Samsung J6+ I see that the device should be supported by Fitbit. I tried to reset bluetooth, mobile,log out,reinstall app,remove the device from app. Now I can’t even pair the watch back with fitbit app. It has been trying to pair for several minutes and then it failed. Could you please help? It starts to be annoying as there are still some issues.

I have the same issue since the last Samsung update I can't pair my phone and Fitbit so am not receiving calls or texts, I have tried everything but nothing works

Any news on this issue? Looking for a new one at the moment. Of the issue isn't solved it will not be a fitbit anymore

I posted a few weeks ago. Since then I have been using an Alta with my Samsung phone. It has worked perfectly. This morning I tried my Charge 2 again and found that it is still not synching.
I am really disappointed at the lack of communication from Fitbit. I find it hard to see me getting another product from them.

I have done this several times and still won’t pair. I would like to get it paired so it can be useful.
