Charge 2 won't sync with Samsung tablet

bought Charge 2 put on iPhone connected great now ihave a Samsung tablet put fitbit app connected great but that's when the red explanation bar appears it wont syncit says cannot find device what can be done

@Lillloyd Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that you can't sync with your Samsung tablet Which tablet are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

my iPhone set up my device perfectly but when I tried to set up this device on my tablet says its already hooked up wont sync when it did it shows a red explanation point it needs to be pared what else can be done   frustrated

Itook off fitbit reloaded put info in- voila synced
